Protective Gear Clause Samples
The Protective Gear clause requires individuals or parties involved in certain activities to wear or use specified safety equipment. This may include items such as helmets, gloves, goggles, or other gear appropriate to the risks associated with the activity, and it often outlines who is responsible for providing and maintaining the equipment. The core function of this clause is to reduce the risk of injury and ensure compliance with safety standards, thereby protecting both participants and the organization from harm and potential liability.
