Protective Clothing & Equipment. While not being part of any issue of protective clothing/equipment, the company shall be required to provide the following protective equipment (SAA approved) for use, when necessary, by employees during the performance of their required duties:

Protective Clothing & Equipment. 260. Lab Coats. Lab coats will be available to employees in the City Clinic on request when undertaking activities in which protection is required. The dress standard for employees covered by this CBA shall be no higher than that required of other professionals working in the same unit of the Department. Lab coats also will be available to employees who perform activities such as blood drawing, PPD skin testing and/or any specimen collection and in which protection is required. The City will provide for the cleaning of above mentioned lab coats.
Protective Clothing & Equipment. The Employer agrees to pay 100% of the cost of one pair of safety shoes during each year of the Collective Agreement as designated by the Manager of Occupational Health & Safety. The Employer agrees to provide four (4) raincoats for Distribution Clerks working in Distribution Services who are required to deliver mail. It is understood the raincoats shall remain the property of the Employer and remain on the Employer's premises. The Employer agrees to provide one (1) winter coat to each Distribution Clerk working in Distribution Services who are required to deliver mail, for the life of the Collective Agreement.
Protective Clothing & Equipment. Protective clothing and equipment required by the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations under The Saskatchewan Employment Act shall be provided at no cost to Employees. Additionally, the Employer shall provide sufficient training in the use, cleaning and disposal of such clothing and/or equipment.

Protective Clothing & Equipment. 232. The City agrees to provide all required safety equipment (i.e., protective eyewear, protective footwear) in compliance with Cal-OSHA regulations.
Protective Clothing & Equipment. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of one (1) pair of safety shoes during each year of the Collective Agreement as approved by the Manager of Occupational Health & Safety.
Protective Clothing & Equipment. (a) The Municipality shall supply, maintain and clean at least ten (10) pairs of coveralls per two (2) week period per employee to all Maintenance personnel. Additional coveralls shall be supplied during the week as required to provide proper protection for the employee's clothing. The Municipality is to maintain and supply coveralls as may be required by the employer for each employee in the Maintenance staff.
Protective Clothing & Equipment. 36.1 When an Employer wishes an Employee to wear a specifically identified safety helmet, the Employer shall provide it, complete with a new liner
