Protegra Promotion. The Participant hereby grants to Protegra, as a condition of its participation in the Local Frequency Program, permission and license to use its logos, designs, names and the trade-marks or intellectual property associated therewith, for the exclusive purpose of inclusion in Local Frequency Program promotional material( including but not limited to the Application) and solely for the duration of the Participant’s participation therein. For certainty: (i) the Participant’s logos and trade-marks are and shall at all times remain the exclusive property of the Participant, and (ii) following the termination of the Participant’s participation in the Local Frequency Program for any reason whatsoever, Protegra shall have no further right or license to use the logos, designs, names and the trade-marks or intellectual property associated therewith of the Participant. Protegra shall, at its own expense, promote the Participant’s participation in the Local Frequency Program in accordance with the terms set forth herein and the Reward Program Rules and Regulations. Should the Participant wish to further limit Protegra’s right under this Section 2.17, the Parties agree that such limits shall be set forth in a Supplement.

  • Health Promotion Effective January 1, 2014, the Employer shall provide a voluntary employee incentive program that offers taxable cash payments not to exceed $300 per employee per calendar year to employees who participate in health promotion activities and programs offered by the Employer. The Employer shall establish the specifics of the programs through the Health Benefit Committee. This provision shall expire on June 30, 2015 unless mutually agreed otherwise by the parties. All approved vendors contracted with the health plan administrator shall be permitted to provide services on state premises for employees.

  • Promotion A promotion shall mean the transfer of an employee to a higher level position of more responsibility as well as salary.

  • Salary Upon Promotion ‌ Except as otherwise provided herein, any full or part-time employee who is promoted to a position in a class allocated to a higher salary scale than the class from which the employee was promoted shall receive the salary step rate of the appropriate scale which would constitute an increase of salary most closely equivalent to, but not less than, five (5) percent of the employee’s salary step rate before promotion, but not less than the minimum salary scale of the new class nor greater than the maximum salary of the new class. If a promotion occurs on the same day a merit increase is due and approved, the merit increase shall be computed first and subsequently the increase due to promotion. An employee who is promoted shall be considered for a merit increase when the employee’s total hours in paid status, exclusive of overtime subsequent to promotion, equals 1,040 hours. The effective date of the merit increase shall be in accordance with Section 7.21.
