Protocol. Each of Dealer and Counterparty shall provide to the other party tax forms and documents required to be delivered pursuant to Sections 1471(b) or Section 1472(b)(1) of the Code promptly upon request by the other party and any other tax forms and documents they are legally able to provide that are reasonably requested by the other party.
