Provider Facilities Security. Provider facilities that process Protected Purchasing Entity Information will be housed in secure areas and protected by perimeter security (e.g., appropriate alarm systems, the use of guards and entry badges, video surveillance, staff egress searches) designed to provide an environment that is physically secure from unauthorized access, damage, and interference. Equipment containing Protected Purchasing Entity Information must be physically and logically secured within Provider’s facilities designed to protect such Protected Purchasing Entity Information from modification, theft, misuse and destruction.

  • USE OF CITY FACILITIES A. The Association may use City facilities, on prior approval, for the purpose of holding meetings to the extent that such facilities can be made available, and to the extent that the use of a facility will not interfere with departmental operations. Participating employees will attend said meetings on their own time.
