PROVIDER MANUAL AND PROVIDER TRAINING. 7.4.1 HMO must prepare and issue a Provider Manual(s), including any necessary specialty manuals (e.g. behavioral health) to the providers in the HMO network and to newly contracted providers in the HMO network within five (5) working days from inclusion of the provider into the network. The Provider Manual must contain sections relating to special requirements of the STAR Program as required under this contract.
