Provider Services Representatives. 1. The MCO must have Provider Services Representative sufficient in number to meet the standards set forth in this Agreement. Provider Services Representatives are responsible for ensuring providers receive prompt resolution to provider issues, including problems with claims payment, prior authorizations, and referrals. Provider Services Representatives must be regionally based and familiar with the communities and providers serving that region.

Provider Services Representatives. 1. The OhioRISE Plan must have Provider Services Representatives sufficient in number to meet the standards set forth in this Agreement. Provider Services Representatives are responsible for ensuring providers receive prompt resolution to provider issues, including problems with claims payments, prior authorizations, and referrals. Provider Services Representatives must be regionally based and familiar with the communities and providers serving that region. Provider Services Representatives may be shared positions with an Ohio Medicaid MCO and/or MyCare vendor. At least one full time Provider Services Representative must be dedicated to OhioRISE Plan's functions, if the OhioRISE Plan is affiliated with an Ohio Medicaid MCO and/or MyCare Ohio Plan.

  • Provider Services The Contractor’s system shall collect, process, and maintain current and historical data on program providers. This information shall be accessible to all parts of the MCMIS for editing and reporting.

  • PROVIDER PERSONNEL 9.1 The Department and Provider agree and acknowledge that in the event of the Provider ceasing to provide the Services or part of them for any reason, Clause 25 (Re-Provision of the Services) of the Agreement will apply.

  • Provider If the Provider is a State Agency, the Provider acknowledges that it is responsible for its own acts and deeds and the acts and deeds of its agents and employees. The Provider further agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character brought by any employee of the Provider against the State due to personal injuries and/or death to such employee resulting from any alleged negligent act by either commission or omission on the part of the Provider.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:

Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State.   • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
