PROVISION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION. 7.1. Should any dispute arise from this agreement, the dispute shall be referred to mediation.
PROVISION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Any dispute arising from performance of this agreement shall be resolved by the parties by negotiation, failing which the parties agree to submit any dispute arising from or in relation to this agreement to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its prevailing arbitration rules. The arbitration ruling shall be final and binding on both parties.

  • Dispute Resolution All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act.
