Arbitration Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.12(n) (Earnout Consideration).
Arbitration Fees. After we receive notice at the Notice Address that you have commenced arbitration, we will promptly reimburse you for your payment of the filing fee, unless your claim is for greater than $75,000 in value. (The filing fee currently is $200 but is subject to change by the arbitration provider. If you are unable to pay this fee, we will pay it directly upon receiving a written request at the Notice Address.) In such case, you agree to reimburse us for all monies we previously paid that are otherwise your obligation to pay under the AAA Rules. In addition, if you initiate an arbitration in which you seek relief valued at greater than $75,000 (either to you or to us), the payment of these fees will be governed by the AAA rules.

Related to Arbitration Fees

  • Arbitration means any arbitration whether or not administered by a permanent arbitral institution;

  • Costs and fees means all reasonable pre-award expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrators' fees, administrative fees, travel expenses, out-of-pocket expenses such as copying and telephone, court costs, witness fees and attorney's fees. Upon the request of a party, the arbitrators' award shall include findings of fact and conclusion of law. The arbitrators shall provide copies of such award to the parties. Any award may be entered by the prevailing party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Admin Fees means the costs incurred by the Authority in dealing with MI Failures calculated in accordance with the tariff of administration charges published by the Authority;

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Alternative dispute resolution means mediation, arbitration, conciliation, or other nonjudicial procedure that involves a neutral party in the decisionmaking process. The form of alternative dispute resolution chosen pursuant to this article may be binding or nonbinding, with the voluntary consent of the parties.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to, or referred to in, Section 4.1.

  • Class Counsel Fees means the fees of Class Counsel, and any applicable taxes or charges thereon, including any amounts payable as a result of the Settlement Agreement by Class Counsel or the Settlement Class Members to any other body or Person, including the Fonds d’aide aux actions collectives in Quebec.
