  • Time Limit for Filing The parties may mutually agree in writing to extend any of the time limits set forth in this Agreement.

  • Provision for the Recovery of Funding The HSP will make reasonable and prudent provision for the recovery by the LHIN of any Funding for which the conditions of Funding set out in section 4.5 are not met and will hold this Funding in accordance with the provisions of section 4.6 until such time as reconciliation and settlement has occurred with the LHIN. Interest earned on Funding will be reported and recovered in accordance with section 4.6.

  • Provision of Copies and Access to Records A public record that is the subject of an approved access request will be available for inspection or copying at the District's administrative office during regular business hours, unless other arrangements are made by the Freedom of Information Officer. Many public records are immediately available from the District's website including, but not limited to, the process for requesting a public record.   • RETENTION AND ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR RECORDS ADOF shall retain all records pertinent to this agreement for a period of no less than 3 years from the expiration or termination date. As used in this provision, records includes books, documents, accounting procedures and practice, and other data, regardless of the type or format. ADOF shall provide access and the right to examine all records related to this agreement to the U.S. Forest Service Inspector General, or Comptroller General or their authorized representative. The rights of access in this section must not be limited to the required retention period but must last as long as the records are kept. If any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit, or other action involving the records has been started before the end of the 3-year period, the records must be kept until all issues are resolved, or until the end of the regular 3-year period, whichever is later.
