(a) Year of Initial Water Delivery The year of initial water delivery to the Agency is presently estimated to be 1972. To the extent practicable, the State shall notify the Agency of any change in this estimate.
(b) 18 Agency’s Annual Table A Amounts Commencing with the year of initial water delivery to the Agency, the State each year shall make available for delivery to the Agency the amounts of project water designated in Table A of this contract, which amounts shall be subject to change as provided for in Article 7(a) and are referred to in this contract as the Agency’s Annual Table A Amounts.

ANNUAL ENTITLEMENTS. An employee (other than a casual employee) who is absent from work on account of personal illness or incapacity due to any cause other than their own misconduct, will be entitled to paid sick leave of 38 hours plus two reasonable additional hours per week of working time in any 6 months of employment.

(c) Obligation of State to Complete Facilities 19 Amended: Amendments No. 1, 14, 20, and 21 Subject to the availability of funds, the State shall make all reasonable efforts consistent with sound fiscal policies, reasonable construction schedules, and proper operating procedures to complete the project facilities necessary for delivery of project water to the Agency in such manner and at such times that said delivery can commence in or before the year specified in subdivision (a) of this article, and continue in the amounts designated in Table A of this contract.
