Common use of Provision of Collective Agreement Clause in Contracts

Provision of Collective Agreement. 1.07.1 It shall be the responsibility of the Board to provide each teacher covered by the terms of this Collective Agreement with a copy of the Collective Agreement within thirty (30) days of its ratification by both parties. 1.07.2 Each applicant, upon hire, shall be directed to an electronic copy of this Collective Agreement. 1.07.3 An electronic file of the Collective Agreement shall be provided to the Local Unit President within five (5) days after the parties have finalized the wording for the Collective Agreement.
