Provision of Hardware/Equipment. The hardware/equipment needed to access and use CLEMIS shall be purchased, maintained, repaired and replaced by Public Body, unless otherwise agreed, in writing, by the Parties. The hardware/equipment shall meet the specifications and requirements set forth by the CLEMIS Division.
