PROVISION OF LIGHT SIGNALS ETC. The contractor/s shall make such provision for lighting the works, materials and plant and provide all such marks and lights, signals and other appliances as may be necessary or as may be required by the Engineer or other responsible authorities during the execution completion and maintenance of the work and shall provide all labour, stores, etc. required for their efficient working and use at any time of day or night. He/They shall also provide all arrangement of every description of watching and maintenance required in connection with the foregoing and all other services for protection of any securing all dangerous places whether to the contractor's workmen or to other persons and or vehicular traffic until the work is certified by the engineer to have been completed and taken over in accordance with the contract.
