PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION 15.1 The Supplier shall, at no charge to the Authority, submit to the Authority complete and accurate Management Information in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement Schedule 8 (Management Information).
Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Provision of the Services 6.1 The Service Provider shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, provide the Services to the Client in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Service Provider shall be responsible for ensuring that it complies with all statutes, regulations, byelaws, standards, codes of conduct and any other rules relevant to the provision of the Services.
