PROVISION OF MONITORING AND PROGRESS CONTROLS. The contractors are required to submit reports of all events organized for UN and its projects twice per year by first week of July and first week of Jan as per template Annex 2 of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on Event Management. The contractors’ performance will be reviewed by UN Event Group. Meetings will be held with the contractors twice per year or at any time if required to review their performance.

Reporting and monitoring: • Each month the service company will send a monthly report to ONE UN IT team regarding the number of incident/request that company has received. • The report for the last month service must be received before the 10th day of following month • The monthly service report must be certified by ONE UN IT team. • The certified monthly service report must be enclosed as supporting document to the payment request • Quarterly management meeting with ONE UN IT team

The reports must contain: description of events, event services, clients, event venues, event provinces, value. The contractors’ performance will be reviewed by UN Event Group. Meetings will be held with the contractors twice per year or at any time if required to review their performance.
