Common use of Provision of Safety Footwear Clause in Contracts

Provision of Safety Footwear. Where an employee is required by the University, or by legislation, to acquire and wear protective footwear in order to perform his duties, the University shall pay to such employee, annually in May, an allowance up to $250.00. The employee will be reimbursed after presenting the invoice for the purchase to Human Resources.
