Common use of Provision of SDS Clause in Contracts

Provision of SDS. CMR shall provide, in hard copy and electronic form, all necessary Safety Data Sheets (“SDS”) of all products used in the construction of the Project to the Texas Department of State Health Services licensed inspector or to the A/E who will compile the information from the SDS and, finding no asbestos in any of the products, make a certification statement.
