Provisioning, Operation and Maintenance. The procedures for the provisioning of the Products and for the continuing operation and maintenance of the Products shall be as set out in the Wholesale Bitstream and VUA Process Manual as published on NBI’s website and updated by NBI from time to time in accordance with the NBP Agreement.
