Provisions for Employees with Limitations. The Employer will endeavour to find suitable other employment for any employee covered by this Agreement, who, through advancing years or temporary disablement is unable to perform his/her regular duties. Pay for such other employment shall be at the prevailing rate for such other employment. However, should an employee be unable to perform his/her regular duties as a result of an industrial accident or occupational illness, the Employer will endeavour to find suitable other employment for the employee at his/her regular rate of pay.
