The Employer will endeavour to find suitable other employment for any employee covered by this Agreement, who, through advancing years or temporary disablement is unable to perform his/her regular duties. Pay for such other employment shall be at the prevailing rate for such other employment. However, should an employee be unable to perform his/her regular duties as a result of an industrial accident or occupational illness, the Employer will endeavour to find suitable other employment for the employee at his/her regular rate of pay.
