Provisions Survive. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, all provisions of this Agreement shall survive the Closing and the delivery of the Deed to the Disposition Parcels; provided, however, that each Certificate of Completion issued to the Company under this Agreement shall be a conclusive determination of the satisfaction and termination of all of the obligations under this Agreement of the Company to construct and complete the portion of the Project which is the subject of the Certificate of Completion. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary: (i) only those provisions of this Agreement that are expressly provided to survive the termination of this Agreement shall survive the Project Final Completion Date; (ii) the delivery to the Company of the last Certificate of Completion required to be issued under this Agreement for the respective phase shall terminate this Agreement for the respective phase; and (iii) such Certificate of Completion shall be, and shall state that it is, conclusive evidence of the satisfaction by the Company of all of the obligations on its part to be performed under this Agreement for the respective phase except those that are expressly provided to survive the termination of this Agreement.
Provisions Survive. Any of your obligations with respect to any of the Services, the terms of this Agreement, or the terms of any applicable executed Service Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement, or the terms of any applicable executed Service Agreement.
Provisions Survive. Articles 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of this Master Agreement survive any termination or expiration of this Master Agreement or any Service Schedule.
Provisions Survive. Sections 3.5, 4.4, 5.3, 6.4, 9.3, 16.4 and Articles 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Provisions Survive. The provisions of this Agreement that contemplate performance after Closing shall survive the Closing and shall not be merged into the instruments of Closing.
Provisions Survive. It is understood that the termination of Kinder's employment with Company and the Employment Agreement shall not relieve Kinder of any continuing obligations imposed upon Kinder hereunder, including, but not limited to, the obligations specified in this Article 6 and Articles 4 and 5 above.

It is understood that the termination of Executive’s employment with Arrow shall not relieve Executive of any continuing obligations imposed upon Executive in the Employment Agreement, (including, without limitation, its provisions with respect to the survival of covenants, the severability or modification of its terms by a court of competent jurisdiction, non-compete, no hiring or solicitation, choice of laws, and trade secrets and non-disclosure thereof). Unless specifically defined in this Amendment, terms defined in the Employment Agreement and used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Employment Agreement.
Provisions Survive. All provisions that by their nature are intended to survive any termination of this agreement shall survive.
Provisions Survive. Service Provider and Company’s respective obligations and rights arising under the mutual Arbitration Provision of this Agreement as well as Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Provisions Survive. The provisions in Article 1 (Definitions), Article 6 (Interest), Sections 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 9.7 (Reporting, Accounting and Review), and Articles 10 (Credit), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnity), Sections 14.3, 14.7, 14.9,, 14.11, 14.12, 14.13 (Termination and Funding Repayment) and 15 (Notices) shall survive for a period of seven years from the date of termination of the Agreement and Sections 9.1 and 9.2 shall survive for a period of one year from the date of termination of the Agreement.
