Provisions Survive Termination. The provisions of this Paragraph 39 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Lease.

Provisions Survive Termination. The provisions of this Clause 24 shall survive any termination or discharge of this Agreement or the resignation or replacement of the Pari Passu Note Trustee.
