Provisions to Apply. Where notice to amend the Agreement is given, the provisions of this Agreement shall continue in force until a new Agreement is signed or the right to strike accrues, whichever occurs first. If negotiations extend beyond the termination of the Agreement, any revision in terms mutually-agreed upon shall apply retroactively to that date, unless otherwise specified.
