Starter Kit. To facilitate the commencement of employment as an Organizer, a starter kit containing basic materials and an expense advance will be provided. The advance is to be repaid on the second full pay period following employment.

The Company shall provide me with an Independent Demonstrator Starter Kit for sales demonstrations, which will be composed of Company Products selected in whole, or in part, by the Company. Starter Kit. You agree to purchase the Vantel Pearls Starter Kit for $99. You understand that the Starter Kit is not commissionable. You agree that for all items purchased within one year before Your termination of this Agreement, You can return unused business materials, at 90% of the original price so long as the goods are in ‘Resalable’ condition. Goods are Resalable if all of the following elements are satisfied:
Starter Kit. 1. With the purchase of the first membership, every Club Member is given a gift in a form of Starter Kit. The above- mentioned entitlement may be limited, modified or cancelled during the temporary promotions announced by Zdrofit.

I agree to purchase a Hello Love Starter Kit, which will be composed of Company products selected in whole, or in part, by the Company, that are designed to be used for sales demonstrations. The kit will be sold to me at a price determined by the Company, which is significantly below retail value. All new, first-time Fanatics will also receive the first three months of access to their replicated website as part of their Starter Kit. I understand that the Starter Kit is personal to me and cannot be resold.

If the employee does not qualify for a corporate credit card or requires assistance to defray initial travel, meal or accommodation expenses, the employee may request an expense advance. The advance will be deducted against expense claims, and any remaining owed will be repaid on the second full pay period following employment.
Starter Kit. I agree to purchase a non-commissionable Starter Kit. . I understand that a Starter Kit is the only purchase required to conduct business as a S&D Ambassador. I agree to pay any renewal fees required to extend the term of this Agreement and understand that failure to pay the renewal fee may result in the termination of this Agreement. Stella & Dot provides Ambassadors a commercially reasonable right to return products, which are further described in the Policies & Procedures.
Starter Kit. 5.1. The Business Owner agrees to purchase a non-commissionable Starter Kit for one of the Stella & Dot Family Brand program and hereby acknowledges that: (a) there is a different starter kit for each Stella & Dot Family Brand and that she will be eligible to participate only in the sales and income opportunity of the Stella & Dot Family Brands Products associated with the Starter Kit that is purchased; and (b) a Starter Kit is the only purchase required to conduct business as a Stella & Dot Family Brands Independent Business Owner. The Business Owner may return her Starter Kit for a full refund within 14 days from the Commencement Date, in accordance with clause 14.2. More detailed return policies and procedures are set out in the Policies and Procedures.
Starter Kit. A Starter Kit will be sent to the IPC upon Xxxxxxx’s receipt of the IPC Application. The receipt of a Starter Kit does not signify that the application to be a Morinda IPC has been accepted. The individual or entity will become a Morinda IPC upon the Effective Date of Agreement. The Starter Kit is sent to the IPC free of charge. Additional Starter Kits may be purchased by any IPC at such price as may be set by Xxxxxxx save always that no such Starter Kit shall under any circumstances be sold or re-sold by any IPC.
