Prudent Investor Rule. The Trustee has a duty to invest and manage the Trust Funds pursuant to the “Prudent Investor Rule” under 760 ILCS Section 5/5(a) of the ITTA. The Trustee, pursuant to 760 ILCS Section 5/5.1 of the ITTA, may delegate this investment function to a qualified investment advisor.

  • Investor 2.1 The Investor, by following a Strategy of a Strategy Provider, hereby agrees to the following:

  • Investor Representations (a) The Investor has full legal capacity, power and authority to execute and deliver this instrument and to perform its obligations hereunder.   • Investment treatment 1. Each Contracting Party shall grant in its territory to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party a treatment which is no less favourable than that it grants to investments of its own investors or to investments of investors of any other State, whichever is more favourable to the investor.

  • Investment Experience Holder understands that the purchase of this Warrant and its underlying securities involves substantial risk. Holder has experience as an investor in securities of companies in the development stage and acknowledges that Holder can bear the economic risk of such Holder’s investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and has such knowledge and experience in financial or business matters that Holder is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in this Warrant and its underlying securities and/or has a preexisting personal or business relationship with the Company and certain of its officers, directors or controlling persons of a nature and duration that enables Holder to be aware of the character, business acumen and financial circumstances of such persons.

  • Eligible Purchasers This Master Contract may be utilized by any of the following types of entities (“Purchaser”):

  • EPP session-­‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a session command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP session command. For the login command it will include packets needed for starting the TCP session. For the logout command it will include packets needed for closing the TCP session. EPP session commands are those described in section 2.9.1 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5 times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.
