Investment Direction definition

Investment Direction means an investment fund managed by a management company or securities portfolio formed and managed by the Insurer. The Investment Direction consists of the financial instrumentsspecified in the strategy of the respective Investment Direction.

Investment Direction means an officer’s certificate, signed by an officer of Depositor, directing the Escrow Agent to invest and reinvest the Escrowed Property in a manner other than the investment set forth in Exhibit B.

Examples of Investment Direction in a sentence

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in the Plan, as of each Valuation Date, each Participant’s accounts will be adjusted to reflect the positive or negative rate of return on the Investment Funds selected by the Participant pursuant to Section 5.2(b) (Investment Direction - Participant Directions).
If no answer is specified, Employee Investment Direction will apply.
Each contribution to the Custodial Account shall be applied by the Plan Provider to the purchase of Mutual Fund shares in accordance with the applicable Investment Direction by the Participant for whom or by whom the contribution is made.
The initial contribution or transfer with respect to each Participant shall be accompanied or preceded by a properly executed Enrollment Form and an Investment Direction Form.
Neither shall a change by a Participant of an Investment Direction or a revocation or change of a Beneficiary designation be considered an amendment to this Custodial Agreement.

Investment Direction means a Participant’s or an Inactive Participant’s direction to the recordkeeper of the Plan, in the form and manner prescribed by the Benefits Officer, in accordance with directions made by telephone, through the intranet of the applicable Employing Company or through the Internet, directing which Investment Funds will be credited with his or her deferrals and transfers of all or part of the deferred amounts and any earnings thereon from other Investment Funds and certain employment agreements, as provided for herein.

Investment Direction means the instructions a Participant provides to the Plan Administrator, on a form and in a manner specified by the Plan Administrator (which may include electronic means) from time to time, with respect to the (i) notional investment of future Compensation reduction credits under Section 4.2 credited to his or her Account, (ii) notional investment of future Matching Credits under Section 4.3(a) credited to his or her Account, (iii) notional investment of future MMC Fixed Company Credits under Section 4.3A credited to his or her Account, or (iv) reallocation of the notional balance, or a portion thereof, credited to his or her Account. In the absence of affirmative instructions provided by a Participant with respect to clauses (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) of this Section 1.20, the Plan's default investment direction provided under Section 4.10 shall be deemed the Participant's Investment Direction."

Investment Direction means the choice of Investments made upon the Participant’s election pursuant to Section 5(b).

Investment Direction means the instruction of a Participant regarding the manner in which contributions or transfers to the Participant Account areto be invested. These instructions may be changed from time to time effective for contributions received by the Plan Provider after receipt of the new direction.

Investment Direction means the direction by a Member, in such form and subject to such conditions as the Manager may from time to time prescribe, as to the investment of money held in a Member Account in a Fund.

Investment Direction means an instruction by the Investment Director to the Trustees, in writing, by facsimile transmission or in such other form as the Trustees may expressly agree in writing, for:
