PTO Eligibility and Benefit Anniversary Date. Employees are eligible for the PTO program if they are in a regular full-time or regular part-time position, with standard hours of 20 hours or more per week. Employees whose standard hours are less than 20 hours per week, have a status of Per Diem are not eligible for PTO program. For employees who hold multiple positions, only the Primary Position will be used to determine PTO eligibility and standard hours. The Benefit Anniversary Date is the date that an employee becomes eligible for PTO benefits. This is generally the same as an employee’s hire date anniversary or a rehire date based on the rehire policy.
