Public Agency Access Sample Clauses

Public Agency Access. Lessor reserves the right for other public agencies and Lessor to enter the Premises or any part thereof at all reasonable times, for the purposes of construction, reconstruction, maintenance, repair or service of any public improvements or public facilities located within or without the Premises. Any such entry shall be made only after reasonable notice to Lessee, and after Lessor or the other public agency has agreed to be responsible for any claims or liabilities pertaining to any entry. Any damage or injury to the Premises or to any part thereof resulting from such entry shall be promptly repaired at the sole expense of the public agency responsible for the entry. Such reserved rights do not include the interior space of any buildings that Lessee may construct adjacent to the Premises. Lessor shall take commercially reasonable steps to minimize any disruption of the conduct of business on the Premises caused by the repair, operation, maintenance and replacement of such improvements and facilities.

  • Public Access Grantor acknowledges and agrees that the general public shall have the regular and substantial opportunity to view the Façade from the streets, sidewalks and other property near the Buildings. Grantor shall have no obligation under this Agreement to allow the general public to view the interior of the Buildings.

As between the Parties, all data and information acquired, accessed, or made available to Grantee by, through, or on behalf of System Agency or System Agency contractors, including all electronic data generated, processed, transmitted, or stored by Grantee in the course of providing data processing services in connection with Xxxxxxx’s performance hereunder (the “System Agency Data”), is owned solely by System Agency.

  • Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.

  • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank.

  • INFORMATION AND APPLICATIONS POLICY LANGUAGE For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.
