AIRPORT CLOSURE. Lessor does not warrant that the Airport will remain open during the entire term of this Agreement, but Lessor does not presently have intentions to close the Airport, if the Airport is closed for more than a six (6) month period. Lessee shall have a six (6) month period (the “Decision Period”) to give Lessor notice that Lessee elects to terminate this Agreement without penalty. The Decision Period shall commence on the date (the “Determination Date”) which is the end of the said first six (6) month period of Airport closure. If Xxxxxx does not so elect to terminate this Agreement by giving such notice then the following shall apply:

AIRPORT CLOSURE. A. If the City closes the airport to aircraft operations for sixty (60) consecutive days or less, this Lease will remain in full force and effect without adjustment.
AIRPORT CLOSURE. 39.1 The Airport Director is hereby directed and authorized to close the Airport, or portions thereof, or suspend operations related to the landing, takeoff, or taxiing of Aircraft during any period in which he determines that such operations, or their continuance, would be hazardous.

  • PLANT CLOSURE 29.01 In the event the Company closes the plant at the Cambridge location as a result of the loss of business or a discontinuation of all operations, severance pay will be calculated at one (1) week’s regular pay per year of service. The severance payment, so calculated, is inclusive of any severance payment required by the Ontario Employment Standards Act (Revised 2000). This agreement is not applicable to a sale of the business or if the closure is occasioned by a labour dispute.

  • Private Aircraft Mileage When an employee is authorized by his/her department, reimbursement for the use of the employee’s privately owned aircraft on State business shall be made at the rate of 50 cents per statute mile. The University’s inability to make a Room available to me for any reason beyond the University’s control including, but not limited to, natural disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, condemnation, pandemic, quarantine, utility malfunction, infestation, or other emergency or force majeure event shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement by the University. The University agrees to provide me with a pro rata refund, calculated from the date of such termination to the end of the Agreement Period, of any prepaid housing and dining payment made to the University, and to return my Deposit pursuant to this Agreement.   • School Closures If school must be canceled, the school year shall be extended and vacations and in-service days and holidays not required by Statute may be utilized to meet State and District curriculum requirements. The district will consult with the President of the Association (s) before revising the calendar as required. Such time will be made up without additional pay. Any student school days waived by OSPI due to emergency school closure shall also be work days waived for certificated staff. There shall be no loss of pay in such an instance.
