Public and Leadership. Engagement/Advocacy Strategy – Public engagement is vital to a successful plan. Public engagement serves two purposes: 1) to identify emerging issues and challenges the Town needs to address and 2) to align the community and the Department to achieve the greatest ability for plan implementation. A Public Engagement Plan (PEP) will be created in tandem with the Town to ensure a comprehensive platform is used to elicit the most engagement from the Town’s diverse stakeholders. The PEP will include the stakeholder group, method(s) used to engage, and the party responsible for the engagement. The public engagement process will work hand in hand with the development of an advocacy strategy for the Master Plan. This strategic process is a series of workshops at each milestone of the phase as shown follows: • Workshop Series #1 – Overview of project and processes to achieve successful, sustainable implementation • Workshop Series #2 – Present Key Public Needs Assessment Findings • Workshop Series #3 – Present Key Technical findings • Workshop Series #4 – Present Recommendations and Implementation Plan • Workshop Series #5 – Present Final Plan for Adoption Each Workshop Series includes outreach/presentations and opportunities for feedback to: • Staff/Steering Committee • Community • Arts and Culture Commission & Parks and Recreation CommissionOther Boards and/or Commission as deemed necessary • Town Council Request for Qualifications - CIP #P450: Parks and Recreation Department Master Plan

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge that a copy of this Agreement will be disclosed, without redactions, in accordance with the NTAA.

  • Employment with Public Agency Consultant, if an employee of another public agency, agrees that Consultant will not receive salary or remuneration, other than vacation pay, as an employee of another public agency for the actual time in which services are actually being performed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Information Technologies Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in Information Technologies sectors, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to focus on cooperative activities towards information technology areas where mutual and complementary interests exists; and (b) to build on existing agreements and arrangements already in place between the Parties. 2. Information Technologies cooperation may include, but not be limited to: (a) scientific and technical cooperation for the Software Industry of the Parties and encouraging cooperation in software development for populations with specific needs; (b) facilitate the cooperation on academic, industrial and entrepreneurial networks in the area of Information Technology; (c) encouraging exchange of experience on management and research and development for Information Technology Parks; (d) research and development on Information Technology products and services, integrating television, multimedia, and cellular telephones; and (e) encouraging exchange of experience for research and development in networks and telecommunications.

  • PUBLIC RELATIONS AND PUBLICITY 43.1 The Provider must not by itself, its employees or agents and procure that its Sub-Contractors must:

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.
