Public Comments and Meetings. The Local Agency will accept and respond to public comments and requests for public meetings as required by Florida rules and statutes. The Local Agency will hold public meetings, as required by law, for which it is the permitting authority. The Local Agency will assist DEP in scheduling and coordinating public meetings within its geographic boundaries for which DEP is the permitting authority.
