Public Complaints. 13 9.6.1 The District shall not utilize a complaint in any manner which might affect the evaluation of a 14 unit member without first providing the following rights: (a) the complaint must be reduced to writing and given to the affected unit member 16 within 10 work days of receipt of the complaint by the evaluator;
