Public Complaints. 27.1 The Board recognizes the benefit of a policy on public complaints and the interest of members of the Association in the outcome of such complaints. The Board agrees to consult with the Association prior to amending the existing policy on Public Complaints and will not amend such policy without agreement during the term of this Agreement. 27.2 No decision of the Board with respect to the application of this policy shall abrogate any right, benefit or process contained in this Agreement, or deprive the employee of any right, benefit or process otherwise provided by law.
