Public Document. The parties agree that this Agreement is a public document and that the Board of Regents may release copies of this Agreement to persons requesting the same.
Public Document. This Agreement will be considered a public document and will be available for inspection and copying by the public.

The Administrative Authority shall post this Agreement on its website within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement and thirty (30) days of execution of any amendments thereafter.
