Public Financial Information. The Board agrees to furnish to the Association upon request all public information, which is available and already compiled concerning the financial resources of the District and such other non-confidential information as will assist the Association in processing any grievance or complaint or in preparing for negotiations.

Public Financial Information. Borrowers shall furnish to Agent and the Lenders, as soon as available, (i) copies of Form 10-Q quarterly reports, Form 10-K annual reports, and Form 8-K current reports, (ii) notice of (and, upon the request of Agent, copies of) any other filings made by US Borrower with the SEC, and (iii) notice of (and, upon the request of Agent, copies of) any other information that is provided by US Borrower to its shareholders generally, provided that if any such materials are available electronically as a filing with the SEC, Borrowers shall give Agent prompt notice of such filing and the giving of such notice shall satisfy Borrowers’ obligation to provide Agent and the Lenders copies of such publicly filed materials.
