Grievance or Complaint definition

Grievance or Complaint means an allegation of violation of one or more of the established WIA regulations, discrimination under the Equal Employment Opportunities Acts, the Civil Rights Acts, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
Grievance or Complaint means an alleged violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any article of this agreement.
