Grievance or Complaint definition

Grievance or Complaint means any dispute which a resident may have with respect to a County action or failure to act in keeping with the provisions of the Dwelling Lease or other County regulations. Such action or failure to act must adversely affect the rights, duties, welfare, or status of the resident bringing such dispute.
