Public Interest, Safety and National Security. The Licensee shall comply with any directions as the TRA or other competent authority may issue from time to time on matters relating to public interest, safety and/or national security. The Licensee shall maintain calling party/called party details and subscriber information in accordance with any measures issued by any competent authority responsible for public interest, safety and national security. The Licensee also undertakes to install at its own expense any equipment required to allow access to its Telecommunication Network and/or the retrieval and storage of data for reasons of public interest, safety and national security.   • Health, Safety and Security 22.2.1 The University and the Association agree to promote safe, secure and healthy working conditions and procedures, and to encourage Members to adopt and follow sound health, safety and security procedures in the performance of their work.

  • National Environmental Policy Act All subrecipients must comply with the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq., and the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations (40 C.F.R.   • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used.   • COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS The Contractor, it’s Subcontractors, and their respective employees, shall comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations in the performance of the services, including but not limited to those promulgated by the City and by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In case of conflict, the most stringent safety requirement shall govern.
