PUBLIC SERVICE HOLIDAY. (i) Employees shall be entitled to the Public Service Holiday in accordance with the provisions of the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Reviewed Award 2009 as varied. (ii) Employees who are unable to take the Public Service Holiday at the required time, will be able to take day off in lieu during the following leave year at a time convenient toNPWS.
