Public Works Bond. 1.15.1 Before starting work, the contractor and sub-contractors shall each file with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) and maintain in full force and effect, a separate public works bond, in the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000) unless otherwise exempt, as required by Oregon Laws 2005, Chapter 360 and OAR 839-025-0015. The contractor shall verify subcontractors have filed a public works bond before the subcontractor begins work.
