Each Stockholder hereby permits Parent and Purchaser to publish and disclose in its filings with the SEC under the Exchange Act, including the Offer Documents, and, if approval of the Company's stockholders is required under applicable law, the Proxy Statement (including all documents and schedules filed with the SEC), such Stockholder's identity and ownership of the Subject Shares and the nature of such Stockholder's commitments, arrangements and understandings under this Agreement.
