Common use of Publication of Contract Clause in Contracts

Publication of Contract. Copies of this Agreement will be printed at the expense of the district within thirty (30) days after the agreement is signed and duly approved by formal action of the School Board and the exclusive representative. Copies of the agreement will be distributed to all teachers now employed, and hereinafter employed, by the district. District policy books will be available on the district website.
