  • Public Announcements Unless otherwise required by applicable Law or stock exchange requirements (based upon the reasonable advice of counsel), no party to this Agreement shall make any public announcements in respect of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby or otherwise communicate with any news media without the prior written consent of the other party (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), and the parties shall cooperate as to the timing and contents of any such announcement.

  • Announcements 4.1 Neither party will make or permit to be made any announcement or disclosure of its prospective interest in the Bid without the prior written consent of the other party.

  • Public Announcement Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties hereto shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statements with respect to this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation.

  • Announcement Explanation School District Board Member Vacancy The School District is accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from [reason for vacancy] of [former Board member's name]. The contents of a vacancy announcement, how it is announced, and where it is posted are at the Board's sole discretion. The Board may want to announce the vacancy and its intent to fill it by appointment during an open meeting. The announcement may be posted on the District's website and in the local newspaper(s). The individual selected will serve on the School Board from the date of appointment to [date]. The length of the appointment depends upon when during the term of office the vacancy occurred. See 105 ILCS 5/10-10 and Board policy 2:70, Vacancies on the School Board - Filling Vacancies, to determine the length of the appointment.   • Vacancy Announcements (a) Announcement of employment opportunities must receive appropriate distribution to enable and encourage qualified candidates to apply. Announcements should be open for at least 2 weeks. In unusual circumstances, the Chief Administrative Officer or designee may shorten the 2-week announcement period. Announcements must contain specific information about examinations, minimum qualifications, duties and other relevant job factors. Length of County service (seniority) shall be considered when qualified candidates are otherwise deemed reasonably equal.

  • CONFIDENTIALITY AND ANNOUNCEMENTS 13.1 Each of the parties undertakes to the others that it will not, at any time after the date of this Agreement, divulge or communicate to any person other than to its professional advisers, or when required by law or any rule of any relevant stock exchange body or regulatory authorities, or to its respective officers or employees whose province is to know the same any confidential information concerning the business, accounts, finance or contractual arrangements or other dealings, transactions or affairs of any of the others which may be within or may come to its knowledge and it shall use its best endeavours to prevent the publication or disclosure of any such confidential information concerning such matters.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Publications All published material and written reports submitted under the Contract must be originally developed material unless otherwise specifically provided in the Contract. When material not originally developed is included in a report in any form, the source shall be identified.

  • Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to Z-Tel, or from Z- Tel to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.
