SWBT and Applicant agree that the following standards equally apply to either party with respect to facilities attached to or placed in SWBT’s poles, ducts, conduits, and rights-of-way and further agree that facilities shall be placed, constructed, maintained, repaired, and removed in accordance with current (as of the date when such work is performed) editions of the following publications:
