Punchlists. Construction Manager shall be responsible to update the Substantial Completion Punchlist status using the Project Management Software.

Within ten (10) business days after the later of (a) Substantial Completion of the Office Improvements or (b) Lessee's occupancy of the Office Area, Lessor, Lessee and the Contractor shall prepare a list (the "First Punchlist") of remaining items to be completed by the Contractor with respect to the Office Area. Lessor shall cause the items on the First Punchlist to be completed within thirty (30) days after delivery of the First Punchlist to Lessee. Within ten (10) business days after the later of (a) Substantial Completion of the Initial Improvements or (b) Lessee's occupancy of any portion of the Premises other than the Office Area, Lessor, Lessee and the Contractor shall prepare a list (the "Second Punchlist") of remaining items to be completed by the Contractor with respect to the portions of the Premises outside the Office Area. Lessor shall cause the items on the Second Punchlist to be completed within thirty (30) days after delivery of the Second Punchlist to Lessee. Lessee shall permit reasonable access to the Premises by the Contractor and Lessor so as to permit completion of the foregoing punchlist items within the foregoing periods.
Punchlists. In collaboration with JWA, the A-E, the Program Manager, and other stakeholders, CM shall develop punchlists for Contractor correction of quality issues. CM shall issue punchlists in accordance with the time of performance requirements of Section 5 of the Agreement.

Within thirty (30) days of Tenant having initially opened for business in the Office Building, Tenant shall issue Landlord its punchlist and Landlord shall diligently and expeditiously satisfy each item on such punchlist. Should Landlord fail to correct the items set forth on the punchlist within a reasonable period of time, then, in addition to its other remedies set forth herein or in law or in equity, Tenant may declare a default of this Lease as set forth in Section 20 of this Lease.

Punchlists. TELIGENT shall develop the punchlists necessary to enable the complete installation of the Deliverables and the proper interworking of the Deliverables and TELIGENT's systems.
Punchlists. XXXXXX shall negotiate the punchlists with TELIGENT in good faith. In the event that the negotiation cannot be timely finalized due to disagreement, TELIGENT shall have the right to escalate the requested punchlist items to a Vice President or the General Manager of the Wireless Networks Division of XXXXXX.
Punchlists. Seller agrees to resolve any items on any Punchlist as ---------- quickly as practicable. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, Seller's obligation to resolve Punchlist items shall not be subject to any financial limitation, including without limitation, those limitations set forth in Section 13.
