Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products a. In accordance with Public Law 103-333 the “Departments of Labor, Health and Human services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 1995,” the following provision is applicable to this grant award:
Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products. The Contractor assures that, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with funds made available in this Act (P.L. 113-128 S. 502) will be American-made.
Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products. Contractor assures that, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with funds made available under this Agreement will be American-made.
Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products. The Training Vendor assures that, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with funds made available in this Act (P.L. 113-128 S. 502) will be American-made.

The Contractor shall, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with funds made available by this agreement will be American-made. Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products. To the greatest extent possible, all equipment and products purchased with the funds made available through this contract should be American made.
Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products. It continues to be the sense of Congress that, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with grant, cooperative agreement, or contract funds should be American-made, and Supplier agrees to comply with the foregoing to the extent practicable.
