Processing the Request for Payment. The Parties agree that the processing of a payment request by the Contractor shall be completed by the SFWIB within fifteen (15) business days, or less, of receipt of submission of the request along with the complete required invoice package. Processing the payment request within fifteen (15) business days is contingent upon complete and satisfactory submissions of the required invoice package and supporting documentation, which have been approved by the SFWIB. The Contractor’s shall maintain sufficient financial resources to meet the expenses incurred during the period between the provision of services and payment by the SFWIB.
