PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ADVERTISING. When issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with federal money, Contractor shall clearly state (1) the percentage of the total costs of the program or project which will be financed with federal money, (2) the dollar amount of federal funds for the project or program, and (3) percentage and dollar amount of the total costs of the project or program that will be financed by nongovernmental sources.

When issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents describing the project or programs funded in whole or in part with federal money, the Contractor shall clearly state: (1) the percentage of the total cost of the program or project which will be financed with federal money; (2) the dollar amount of federal funds for the project or program; and (3) percentage and dollar amount of the total costs of the project or program that will be financed by non-governmental sources.

All radio and television advertisements, paid and unpaid, public service announcements, social media, or general newspaper articles shall be coordinated through, and pre-approved by, the SFWIB, and shall state that the program is funded through the SFWIB. The Contractor that receives funds from the SFWIB, regardless of the name under which the program is operated, must state that the program is funded by the SFWIB in all public communication media. The Contractor shall prominently incorporate the name and the official logo of the SFWIB when developing collateral materials or publicity, such as radio, print or television coverage, any form of media press releases, advertising or any informational materials concerning the Contractor's program. Collateral materials such as letterhead, business cards, envelopes, informational pamphlets and brochures, flyers, posters, and other such items, shall be in compliance with the SFWIB’s policies and procedures, that ensure compliance with, but are not limited to, CareerSource Florida, Inc.’s Florida Workforce System Statewide Brand Strategic Policy, and pre-approval requirements. In accordance with Public Law 101-166, section 511, Xxxxxx’s Amendment; as renewed in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2018, Pub. L. No. 115-141, 132 Stat. 348, div H, Title V, section 505 and Department of Defense and Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Act, 2019, and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019, Pub. L. No. 115-245, div. B, tit. V, section 505, 132 Stat. 2981 (Sept. 28, 2018), when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents describing the project or programs funded, in whole or in part with federal money, the Contractor shall clearly state: (1) the percentage of the total cost of the program or project which will be financed with federal money;

Firm agrees that when issuing statements, press releases, request for proposals, bid solicitation, and other documents describing the project or programs funded in whole or in part under this Addendum, Firm shall clearly state: (1) the percentage of the total cost of the program or project which will be financed with Federal money under this Agreement and (2) the dollar amount of Federal funds for the project or program (3) Percentage and dollar amount of the total costs of the project or program that will be financed by non-governmental sources.
