Purchaser Business Manager. CTS shall appoint Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx who will be the Purchaser Business Manager for this Contract and will provide oversight of the activities conducted hereunder. Purchaser Business Manager will be the principal contact for Vendor concerning business activities under this Contract. Purchaser shall notify Vendor, in writing, when there is a new Purchaser Business Manager assigned to this Contract. No amendment to this contract is necessary to modify the name of the Purchaser’s Business Manager. Vendor Account Manager Vendor shall appoint an Account Manager for Purchaser’s account under this Contract who will provide oversight of Vendor activities conducted hereunder. Vendor’s Account Manager will be the principal point of contact for Purchaser concerning Vendor’s performance under this Contract.   • Fees and Payment for Purchased Services Fees, Invoicing and Payment. Customer will pay all fees specified in the BOM. Unless otherwise quoted, only Alepo cloud licenses & SAAS services are include and priced in $USD. On-premise hardware, OS & third- party software is the responsibility of the SI/Reseller if relevant or the end customer, unless otherwise purchased from Alepo. All invoices are due upon its receipt.

ATTACHMENT B – PAYMENT PROVISIONS The maximum dollar amount payable under this contract is not intended as any form of a guaranteed amount. The Contractor will be paid for products actually delivered or performed, as specified in Attachment A, up to the maximum allowable amount specified on page 1 of this contract.
