New Vendor definition

New Vendor means a vendor that does not exist on the procurement system database is not an Approved Vendor or a Vendor of Record and is considered a New Vendor.
New Vendor means a vendor that does not exist on the Procurement system database and therefore is not an Approved Vendor or a Vendor of Record. All purchases with new vendors, with the exception of Purchasing Card purchases, must be pre-authorized by the Procurement Staff to ensure 1) that an existing Approved Vendor or contracted vendor of record cannot meet the need 2) that the appropriate competitive process has occurred 3) that there are no quality concerns or extenuating circumstances involving the vendor that may influence the successful outcome of the purchase 4) that Accounts Payable Staff are notified so that invoices can be paid and 5) that vendor information is entered into the Procurement database.
New Vendor has the meaning specified in Section 13.12;

More Definitions of New Vendor

New Vendor means any vendor of any Covered Product from whom Galaxy was not obtaining
New Vendor means any vendor of Covered Products from whom Xxxxxxxxx 22 was not obtaining Covered Products as of the Effective Date. Xxxxxxxxx shall maintain copies of all 23 vendor correspondence generated pursuant to this Section for one year after the Effective Date and 24 shall promptly produce to Davia copies of such records upon written request.
New Vendor means The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Thailand.
