New Vendor definition

New Vendor means a vendor that does not exist on the procurement system database is not an Approved Vendor or a Vendor of Record and is considered a New Vendor.
New Vendor means a vendor that does not exist on the Procurement system database and therefore is not an Approved Vendor or a Vendor of Record. All purchases with new vendors, with the exception of Purchasing Card purchases, must be pre-authorized by the Procurement Staff to ensure 1) that an existing Approved Vendor or contracted vendor of record cannot meet the need 2) that the appropriate competitive process has occurred 3) that there are no quality concerns or extenuating circumstances involving the vendor that may influence the successful outcome of the purchase 4) that Accounts Payable Staff are notified so that invoices can be paid and 5) that vendor information is entered into the Procurement database.
New Vendor has the meaning specified in Section 13.12;

  • Salton must have executed and delivered to Kmart all documents required by Kmart's New Vendor Packet, including, but not limited to, Kmart's agreement on standard purchase order terms and conditions attached as Exhibit B (collectively, the "Related Documents") and must currently be in full compliance with the same except as required by this Agreement.

New Vendor means any vendor of any Covered Product from whom Galaxy was not obtaining

For two (2) years after the Effective Date, for every Covered Product Meridian manufactures, causes to be manufactured, orders, causes to be ordered or otherwise obtains from a New Vendor, Meridian shall maintain copies of all testing of such products demonstrating compliance with this section, shall maintain copies of all vendor correspondence relating to the Phthalate Free concentration standards and shall produce such copies to Davia within fifteen (15) days of receipt of reasonable request made in writing from Davia.
