Manager Information definition
Manager Information has, with respect to any Tranche of Covered Bonds, the meaning set forth in the related Subscription Agreement;
Manager Information means the written information furnished to the Company by the Manager expressly for use therein; it being understood and agreed upon that the only such information furnished by the Manager consists of the following information in the Prospectus furnished on behalf of the Manager: the third sentence of the first paragraph, the second and fourth sentences of the third paragraph and the first sentence of the fourth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus.
Manager Information means information relating to a Manager furnished to the Issuer in writing by such Manager expressly for use and contained in the applicable Offering Document, it being understood and agreed that the only such information consists of the following [ ] in the applicable Offering Document.
